Job Details
On behalf of the Standardization Testing & Quality Certification (STQC) Directorate, an attached office of the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), applications are invited from eligible and qualified candidates for the post of Scientific Assistant in STQC.

Choice of Center For Written Examinations
Candidates shall indicate their choice for Centre for Written Examination from the cities listed below. No change of Centre will be permissible at a later date. NIELIT, however, reserves the right to direct the candidate to appear for Written Test at any location irrespective of his indicated choice depending upon the number of applications received and the administrative convenience.

- The application shall be treated complete only if all the mandatory Steps are completed successfully. In case candidate is not able to submit fee by closing date and time, or the application is otherwise incomplete, his/her candidature will summarily be rejected.

Application Fee
- Application Fee Payment: Candidates must pay the application fee through online payment mode via the application software only.
- Fee Structure:
- SC/ST/PwBD/Women Candidates: No fee (NIL)
- General and All Other Candidates: ₹800 per application
- Additional Charges: Processing charges for remittance and any applicable service tax must be borne by the candidate.
- Payment Mode Restrictions: Fees will not be accepted through Demand Draft, Pay Order, Cheque, or Challan.
