About the Program

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) a Maharatna CPSE, is a premier Aeronautical Industry of South East Asia, propelling the ‘Make in India’ dream of the country.

HAL’s spectrum of expertise encompasses Design, Development, Manufacture, Repair, Overhaul and upgrade of Aircraft, Helicopters, Aero-engines, Industrial Marine Gas Turbines, Accessories, Avionics & Systems and Structural Components for Satellite & Launch Vehicles. HAL has 20 Production Divisions, 10 R&D Centers and one Facilities Management Division, spread across seven states and nine geographical locations in India.

The Koraput Division, a unit of HAL’s vast network, has the unique distinction of being one amongst the few Aero Engine manufacturers for MiG & Sukhoi series aircrafts in the world.

Training and Development Institute of HAL, Koraput Division invites application from eligible Graduate(Technical & Non- Technical) and Diploma (Technician) passed candidates for engagement as apprentice for a period of one year under Apprentices Act 1961 and National Apprentices Training Scheme(NATS 2.0).

Eligibility

  • Candidate must be an Indian national.
  • Candidates must have passed B.E/B.Tech/B.A/B.Com./B.Sc./B.B.A/B.C.A /
  • Diploma in the year – 2020,2021,2022,2023 & 2024.
  • Candidates belongs to Odisha State are only eligible to apply.
  • Candidate should possess passing certificate as on date of the application as per BOPT guidelines.
  • Candidate with status “Appearing” or “Result awaited” are not be eligible. Candidates with pending back papers or whose supplementary exam results are awaited, are not be eligible to apply.
  • Candidates who are undergoing apprenticeship training in other places or already completed apprenticeship training are not eligible to apply.

Stipend

  • Technical Graduates – Rs. 9000/-.
  • Non-Technical Graduates – Rs. 9000/-.
  • Diploma(Technical) holders – Rs. 8000/-.

50% Stipend will be paid by company and remaining 50% will be paid by NATS (2.0) through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) in your Aadhaar seeded bank account as per rules.

How to Apply

  • Candidate shall first register on Registration on NATS 2.0 Portal with their educational qualification and obtain “Student ID/Enrollment ID”, if not done earlier.
  • Candidates who have completed Engineering graduation after diploma must register or upgrade their profile as an Engineering Graduate (i.e. Higher Qualification) on portal.
  • Fill the Google form available in Career tab of company website under the advertisement titled “Engagement of Graduate (Technical & Non- Technical) and Diploma (Technician) Apprentices under Apprenticeship Act/NATS 2.0 at HAL, Koraput Division”.
  • Fill the required details and upload supporting documents wherever applicable and submit the form.
  • After submitting the form following message will be displayed “Thank You ! Your Form is Submitted Successfully!” Please check your email regularly for updates and acknowledgement will be sent automatically to your Email account.
  • Last date for receiving application is 25.04.2025.
