About NIT Kurukshetra

NIT Kurukshetra, formerly known as Regional Engineering College, Kurukshetra was founded in 1963.
It was conferred upon the NIT status, with Deemed University on June 26, 2002. The Institute offers several courses, in various disciplines of B.Tech., M.Tech., MBA, MCA and PhD with an annual intake of about 1500 students.

Course Objectives

  • The course is designed to systematically proceed from basic to advanced strategies and skills required by PCC members.
  • The programme provides insights through real-life experience, case studies, and interactive discussions. Individualised coaching and feedback are offered through worksheets, checklists, and exercises through role plays and theatre.
  • The presentation skills session will be backed by video recording, playback and feedback.
  • The evolving leadership directions would also be shared in the course and therefore, the course will be particularly helpful to graduate, and postgraduate students, research scholars, and faculty members who are working in this area.
  • Participants from all Engineering, Science and Arts disciplines are encouraged to attend.
