Responsibilities
- Develop solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Optimize existing solutions in the Microsoft Power Platform
- Partner with the analyst team and Power Platform Center of Excellence to identify new areas and business processes where Power Platform can be leveraged and facilitate continuous process improvement
- Create and maintain documentation for the environment and solutions
- Provide daily production system support and user support, including citizen developers
- Support and cultivate the Power Platform user community
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform, most importantly SharePoint, Exchange and Microsoft Graph APIs
- Strong business-to-technology translation skills for identifying ways to apply solutions to help business users increase value and performance.
- Knowledge of UI/UX concepts
- Ability to maintain productivity and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment characterized by ambiguity, rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competing priorities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter and highly motivated
- Certifications Preferred: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals, Microsoft Power Platform Developer
