We are seeking an IT/Networking Specialist to join our team and take charge of our IT infrastructure. If you have a strong background in IT and networking, along with expertise in SSO/SAML setup, routers/switches configuration, firewall management, and Linux proficiency, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

SSO/SAML Setup: Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) authentication for all SaaS products used within the organization.
Router and Switch Configuration: Set up, configure, and maintain routers and switches to ensure network connectivity, security, and optimal performance.
Firewall Management: Expertly handle Sophos Firewall setup, monitoring, and maintenance to safeguard our network from threats and ensure smooth data traffic.
Asset Management: Manage and maintain an inventory of IT assets, ensuring proper allocation and tracking of hardware and software resources to employees.
N Computing: Support N Computing infrastructure to provide efficient and cost-effective computing solutions to employees.
Linux Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of Linux systems for server management, troubleshooting, and optimization.
On-Premises Server Management: Oversee on-premises server infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and scalability.
Cloud Servers: Manage and maintain cloud servers, including provisioning, monitoring, and optimizing their performance.
Database Backups: Implement and manage database backup strategies to safeguard critical data and ensure data integrity.
Credential Management: Maintain and secure user credentials, implement access controls, and ensure data privacy and security.

Requirements

Proven experience in IT and networking, with a strong track record of managing complex IT environments.
Proficiency in setting up and configuring routers, switches, and firewalls, with specific experience in Sophos Firewall management.
Familiarity with SSO and SAML protocols and their implementation.
Expertise in Linux administration, including server setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of N Computing solutions and their deployment.
Experience with on-premises server management, including hardware and software provisioning and maintenance.
Cloud server management experience, with expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Database backup and recovery skills, including familiarity with backup tools and strategies.
Strong credential management and access control knowledge.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Certifications in relevant IT and networking technologies are a plus.
