About GTRE
GTRE, Bangalore, under the aegis of the Defence Research &Development Organization (DRDO), is a pioneer in designing, developing, manufacturing, and testing aero-gas turbine engines for defence applications. This organization has embarked upon multiple projects encompassing all branches of engineering, viz., Aeronautical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Material, Control, Computer Science, and Electronics streams.

Upper Age Limit
28 years as of the last date of receipt of the application. (relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST & 3 years for OBC as per Govt. of India orders).
Extension & Up-gradation
The tenure of the fellowship will be initially for a period of 2(2) years and will be extendable based on the candidate’s performance as per the rules. The fellowship shall not exceed 5 years.

Stipend and Other Grants
