About the Organiser
Access Livelihoods (AL), a National Award-Winning Social Enterprise Incubator, has impacted 75,000 women through innovative livelihood models. It strengthens Farmer Producer Companies, trains farmers and youth, provides market linkages via Creyo, offers affordable finance, and integrates ERP solutions.
With a vision to impact 1 million livelihoods by 2028, AL is recognized by NITI Aayog and the Ministry of Skill Development. It has partnered with global entities, including GIZ, to expand its model. In 2021, AL won the Best Incubator Award under Start-Up India, receiving ₹15 lakhs.
About the Fellowship
The Transforming India Initiative (TII), launched by Access Livelihoods in 2016, empowers youth to become socially conscious leaders and entrepreneurs. Through education, hands-on experience, and mentorship, TII nurtures change-makers equipped to address India’s socio-economic challenges. TII offers two key programs: the Social Entrepreneurship Program (SEP) and the Reimagine Responsible Enterprises (RRE) fellowship, both focused on driving sustainable and responsible development across various sectors.

| The RRE Fellowship is a 13-month program that empowers young professionals to drive change in responsible enterprises. It begins with a 30-day reflection at Access Livelihoods, Hyderabad followed by enterprise placements. Fellows gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and leadership skills through ongoing reflection workshops and practicum learning. | The Social Entrepreneurship Program (SEP) by Access Livelihoods is a two-year initiative that develops impact-driven entrepreneurs. It includes an 8-month reflection phase in Access Livelihoods, Hyderabad and a 16-month practicum with responsible enterprises, featuring practitioner talks, workshops, and learning tours, culminating in a certification in Enterprise Development. |
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline
- Age Limit: 20-30 Years
- Passion for social impact, entrepreneurship, and responsible business
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Willingness to work in grassroots communities and diverse environments
- Adaptability, open-mindedness, and a hands-on learning approach
Stipend & Benefits

| 1. Stipend: 18,000 per month (12 Months) 2. Completion Incentive: INR 30,000 after completing 13 months of practicum 3. Excellence Incentive: INR 50,000 4. Who can apply?
Only those candidates can apply who:
- Are available for a full-time, on-field fellowship.
- Are willing to complete the training period in Hyderabad.
- Are available for the entire duration of the fellowship program.
