Vidyasaarathi is a technology-enabled initiative by Protean eGov Technologies Limited (formerly NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Limited). Vidyasaarathi enables underprivileged students to receive financial assistance via corporate-funded scholarships. It aims to bridge the gap in education finance in the country through an online platform.
About the Scholarship
Protean e-Gov scholarship scheme is designed for students pursuing any full-time B.E/B.Tech course. This initiative plays a crucial role in fostering educational opportunities, empowering aspiring engineers to pursue their academic goals, and contributing to technological advancements. This scheme does not apply to Protean e-Gov employees and their Children.

- Course Name: B.E./B.Tech. (BE/BTech)
- Gender: All Gender
- The scheme is available to only students whose family income is less than 500000.00

- 10th and 12th/Diploma Marksheet
- Admission confirmation letter
- Previous year’s passing mark sheet
- Student Bank Passbook
- College fee receipts
- Latest Income certificate

Whether compulsory to have a bank account?
Yes, the student should have an active bank account, as the Scholarship amount would be transferred to the student’s bank account in case of reimbursement
