About
The NSP Top Class Education Scheme for SC Students 2023-24 is an initiative launched by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India. This program is designed to support Scheduled Caste (SC) students pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate studies in any discipline. The objective is to promote and acknowledge quality education beyond the 12th grade. Annually, 1,700 fresh scholarships will be awarded, providing recipients with a full tuition fee waiver and additional benefits.

Eligibility Criteria
- Belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC) category
- Have secured a minimum of 60% marks in the Class 12 examination
- Admitted to a recognized college or university in India for full-time undergraduate or postgraduate studies
- Annual income should be less than INR 8,00,000 from all sources
Benefits
- Tuition Fee Waiver:
- Private Sector Institutions: INR 2,00,000 per annum per student.
- Private Sector Flying Clubs (for commercial pilot training and type rating courses): INR 3,72,000 per annum per student.
- Stipend:
- First Year: Monthly stipend of INR 86,000.
- Subsequent Years: Monthly stipend of INR 41,000.
- Additional Support:
- The stipend is intended to cover living expenses, such as food, rent, and transportation.
- It also includes support for the cost of books and stationery.
- Funding for the purchase of a computer/laptop and other accessories.
Application Process

- Read details, tick the checkbox, and continue.
- Enter mobile number, captcha code, OTP, and submit.
- Fill in required details and save to complete registration.
- Access ‘Fresh Application’ tab, log in with application ID and password.
- Fill in details, upload necessary documents, and submit the application.
