Tata Steel Millennium Scholarships 2024 provides support to students of sons/daughters/spouse of Workers, Supervisors and officers of the Company. Apply by February 29, 2024.

Eligibility Criteria

Sons/Daughters/Spouse of all existing workers, supervisors and officers of the Company.
Sons/Daughters/Spouse of superannuated workers, supervisors and officers of the Company including those separated under ESS/SBKY/Job for Job/MSS/EFBS/FBS/FSS/FPS/Second Inning.
Sons/Daughters/Spouse of workers, supervisors and officers of Tata Steel who were transferred on the rolls of JUSCO.
Aforementioned candidates who have secured admission in the full time and regular courses as detailed below in the academic year 2022-23 are eligible to apply. Postal/Correspondence courses will not be considered.
10% seats are reserved for SC/ST students in each category of the Scholarship scheme.
60 seats are reserved for wards where employee has availed current Sunhere Bhavishya Ki Yojana (SBKY) –( 2.0 / 3.0) (20 seats in category-A & 40 seats in category-B).
Preference will be given to the physically challenged wards of employees.
Last date for submitting applications complete in all respect form for each category is 29th February 2024

Required Documents

A formal, signed application (a sample is attached for your reference, Reference )
Academic mark sheets for the 2022-2023 academic year (if it includes two semesters, provide mark sheets for both).
Original fee receipt for the academic year 2023-2024.
Proof of family income:
Complete Income Tax Return for the assessment year 2023-24 (or a declaration if unavailable).
Complete Form 16 for the assessment year 2023-24 (or an employer letter on official letterhead if Form 16 is not issued).
If Form 16 is unavailable, provide an employer letter on official letterhead with the annual gross income breakdown and pay slips from April 2022 to March 2023.
Valid Income Certificate.
Student/applicant identity proof: Aadhaar Card or PAN Card.

Scholarship Amount

CATEGORY- A:
- Scholarships under this category are awarded to candidates who have secured admission in the institutions as specified in Annexure-I, will be entitled for a scholarship of Rs. 75,000/- (Rupees seventy five thousand only) per annum. This will include students studying MBBS (4.5 yrs.) in all State, Private & Central Government Medical Colleges admission through NEET. No Internship payment will be given to candidates studying MBBS Course.
- The number of scholarship under category A is limited to a maximum of 120 (80 seats for wards of workers and supervisors general candidates, 20 seats for wards of officers general candidates and 20 seats for wards where employee has availed Sunhere Bhavishya Ki Yojana (SBKY) – 2.0).

CATEGORY– B
- No postal course will be considered for scholarship.
- Scholarships under this category are awarded to candidates who have secured admission in any of the professional courses in Institutions mentioned below:
- Total Number of Scholarship= 240 (130 for Boys & Girls, 30 for Girls only, 40 for wards of officers and 40 seats for wards where employee has availed Sunhere Bhavishya Ki Yojana (SBKY) – 2.0) under category-B.
- Scholarship amount Rs.36, 000/- (Rupees twenty four thousand) per annum

Eligible Courses

Integrated degree courses in Medicine or Engineering (any branch), including extension centers of BITS Pilani and BIT-Mesra.
Post graduate studies in Engineering, Medicine, Computer Sciences, Business Management, Personnel Management, Agriculture Science, Bio-Technology, Bio- Chemistry, Information Technology, B.Sc. Hospitality & Hotel Management.
Diploma course in any branch of Engineering,
Degree or full time diploma courses in Hotel Management & Catering and Fashion Technology.
Five year Degree Course in Law, Five years integrated course in Law
Degree course in Journalism / Masss Communication
Sports Management
Film Fine and Arts

The on-line link will be open only till 29th February 2024
All are requested to fill form online with all attachments. In case any employee facing problem on attaching supporting documents submitting online, they can download the PDF application form submitted online, and submit the hard copy along with all supporting documents in the office of Employment Bureau by hand (during office hours) or through courier on or before 29th February 2024.
Those who are sending application through courier may pls note that their application must reaches Employment Bureau on or before the last date and also advised to get confirmation from Employment Bureau over phone on (06576645440) or before the last date.
